Acceptance of Childcare Vouchers and HMRC Tax free childcare payments

Childcare Vouchers and HMRC Tax free childcare payments are accepted for payment of Tuition and Care (fees) provided for children up until the next 31st March, 31st August or 31st December following the child's 5th Birthday.

They are not accepted for payment of tuition given to children aged 5 and over (with the exception of the months after their 5th birthday as stated above, or for additional tuition, e.g. in musical instruments or sports, for School trips, chargeable school clubs or for the payment of deposits to the school.

They can however be used for payment towards the fees for Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Clubs (out of term time clubs such as Multi Sport Camp / Football Club etc.) up until the child leaves the school.

We accept childcare vouchers for a number of Employer scheme providers per the table below.  If your childcare voucher provider is not listed below, please also contact the finance department and they can liaise with your provider to set up an account with them.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

•        Bulk payment can be sent via your childcare provider to the school at the beginning of a term in part payment of your fees bill.

•        Vouchers can be sent in monthly to the school via your provider.

Our Finance department must be informed of the childcare provider and the frequency of payments.

Your child's surname should be used as a reference on the payment, where possible.

If you wish to use vouchers for the payment of the After school or Breakfast Club portion of your fees bill, you will need to contact your provider and request them to make payment for the exact amount of the club direct to the school. This will then be deducted from your account balance.
